     At Real Detroit Homes, we do not act exclusively as realtors, lending institutions, or even as a management company.  Our mission is to help people find real homes that fit their real needs and income.  Whether you are ready to buy but are unsure how to begin, or if you just want another resource to find a great rental while you decide, we can help. 

     We will never try to talk you into anything.  Our goal is to supply you with current information and data, and to provide a starting point from which to begin your venture into home ownership.  We do offer many of the services you will find on this site, but you are never under any obligation to use us. 

     It is our firm belief that many people who continue to rent do so because they do not feel an appropriate level of trust with the people they meet during the investigation stage.  Unfortunately, there are a lot of unethical people out there--even those with the "professional" affiliations stamped on their business cards and office walls. 

     Our commitment will be to provide you access to people and  information you will need to ultimately make the right decision for your circumstances---not just to "make a sale".  We will also do our best to monitor and ensure the people and companies listed on our site act with the integrity we expect.  This means acting ethically, not just legally.  It's what you should expect, and it's what you deserve.

     If you're not excited yet--you should be!  This is probably one of the best times to buy a home ever.  Besides, wouldn't you rather be planning the Holiday festivities at your home this year instead of driving to your parent's or in-law's house (again)?  Of course you would!
